Staff is very accommodating and helpful. I ordered karaage and black tonkotsu ramen. The staff offered to adjust the level of saltiness of the ramen if I wanted, but I thought it was fine. The broth was good, but I wouldn't have minded if the black garlic had been a bit stronger. The restaurant is nicely decorated, modern, industrial and Asian mix.

Best ramen in Rotterdam, correction, best ramen place ever! The chicken broth, cooked for 8 hours to perfection the pork broth cooked for over 10 hours both delivered the best smoky tastiest broth ever, with no added MSG. Pure unadulterated flavor served piping hot. The ramen was el dente and very tasty, the sous vide pork sliced and torched gave the perfect flavor as with the chicken thighs. Their side dishes were remarkably tasty and this place is definitely worth a visit. I stayed in Rotterdam 4 nights and had a meal there everyday during my stay. They have Kirin beer on tap, fresh and cold! Food aside, the staff are young energetic and ever so friendly. Love this place. Sad to leave Rotterdam. 4. Their drinks are very good. I would definitely recommend trying their home made drinks. We got their lychee drink and it was very good.
5. Their ramen is their highlight. There are 3 veggie options. We ordered their Tan Tan Men (without broth) and their veggie ramen.
6. It was so flavorful and rich. Their noodles are perfectly chewable. They have a nice variety of veggies in the bowl. Their presentation is on point.
7. The Tan Tan Men is "strong" and full of flavor. Compared to this their creamy miso ramen is on the milder side. Having said that, both are distinct enough and have no overlapping flavors.
Overall a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in Rotterdam. Its worth a detour.- Parkeren

Today, I tried eating at this ramen restaurant for the first time, after passing by it several times. The wait staff were very welcoming and efficient at their work, and the service was swift, I was able to place my order and receive my order within ten minutes of being seated. I sat at the counter and caught a glimpse of the effortless and efficient workflow and rapport between the staff; it was very pleasant to watch. I ordered the Shirunashi Tan Tan Men; the presentation was really elegant and the dish was really delicious as well! My first experience eating here was very memorable! This restaurant serves the best ramen and other side dish. They have super friendly, efficient and polite customer service. Clean and cozy. Not so expensive too. I keep coming back to this place. Highly recommendable.

Tori Paitan Ramen & Tori Miso Ramen: rich, creamy chicken bone broth (cooked for 8+ hours) that hits you with spicy, numbing, sesame flavours. The Tokyo-style medium-thick noodles were chewy and perfect for slurping!
Kara-age: Don’t skip this! Juicy, crispy Japanese fried chicken thigh, lightly seasoned and served with Japanese mayo and a wedge of lemon. Crunchy on the outside, tender inside - total crowd-pleaser.
Every bite felt authentic, warm, and deeply satisfying. Tensai is serving serious ramen magic - perfect for anyone chasing real Japanese flavours in the city!- Eten

The tan tan men was soo good, I left pregnant. I ate that up. The broth was amazing, it really warmed me up in this cold weather. Probably the best ramen I’ve had in a while. P.S. I’m Asian.

Very very flavourful ramen. Noodles have the spot on texture and bite, soup is delicious, friendly and smooth service …. Overall one of the best ramen experiences I have had.

She asked me if I wanted something else. More than the fact that she gave me this option, she handled it so smoothly and friendly. Thank you! Made my evening :) the fried chicken was very nice, so that’s why I give a 10/10 to the experience. I’ll come back again for a beer and the snacks just because of the kind service. 今天是2025.04.12 20:40 Saturday. Sassenheim 逛了一天，會到 The Usual Hotel 突然覺得想吃熱麵，所以就找了在飯店旁邊不遠的日式拉麵店。天啊‼️人好多 客滿需要排隊，在我們前面有6位⋯後面還有快6位在排⋯⋯等了10分鐘左右終於有位子讓我們可以坐下來等上一碗熱騰騰的拉麵。一碗點的是黑豬肉拉麵（不辣），湯的口感濃郁，滑順。豬肉軟 沒有豬腥味，好吃的。另一碗是雞肉旦旦湯麵（辣）。但是如果有吃辣的，辣的口感再台灣大約是小辣的程度。湯好喝，一樣的濃郁，有雞肉末的顆粒在湯中，細麵的口感偏硬，不過真的好吃，兩碗都不死鹹。在荷蘭吃到這樣的口味。個人負責任的大推。好吃。
